Shipping Information

Pearl & Clasp is proud to offer FedEx or USPS shipping on all of our pearl jewelry so that you can rest assured that your purchase will arrive on time and in excellent condition.  Calculate your shipping costs directly with our FedEx or USPS shipping calculator, or enjoy free shipping via USPS within the United States on all purchases over $500. 

Most of our pearl jewelry ships within 2 business days during the business week, with the exception of pearl restringing and custom pearl jewelry, which may take longer to ship.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking code via email, and you can track the shipment directly on the Pearl & Clasp website so that you can anticipate exactly when your pearl jewelry will arrive.

Please DO NOT send any personal jewelry bags or boxes. There will be an extra shipping fee for shipping them back to you.

All items can be insured during the shipping process with a third party vendor via Pearl & Clasp. Please contact our customer service for more information.

International shipping is available upon request. Customers are responsible to pay the taxes and duties required when shipping internationally.

Express shipping is also available and can be arranged via our customer service desk.  We look forward to helping you receive your pearl jewelry safely and securely!

Please note that Pearl & Clasp is NOT responsible for your package once it leaves our office.  At times, we could help you file a claim with USPS or Fedex but we are not responsible to do this on your behalf.
